. our studios and homes are buzzing with the sounds of artists at work, making a whole range of artefacts to exhibit, discuss, demonstrate and sell to the public as part of Warwickshire Open Studios summer exhibition. We shall be open for seven days in June and July. This year we will be joined by 4 new artists who have been eagerly waiting to join our group as others have moved on. We will be showing a diverse range of work, from 19 exceptionally talented artists whose work includes textiles, fine art, ceramics, photography, glass making, collage and sculpture. We have also booked a jazz band who will be playing on couple of days to extend and enhance the arts experience.

We are proud that our annual art event is highly regarded in the village community. That it is a ‘must do’ day out in the diaries of many locals and indeed we now have visitors returning year after year from as far afield as Hereford, Birmingham and numerous others from the adjacent counties. We had over 1000 visitors last year.  It is also regarded by many as the best show they have visited during the Open Studios weeks. So it is we great enthusiasm that we intend to make our summer show of 2023 the best one yet.

Our aims are to

  • extend our advertising to include posters, flyers and leaflets and distribute to a wider audience.

  • Provide adequate electrical extensions to all the gazebos with rubber matting to cover exposed wiring

  • Hire tables for the display of work

  • Hire a large scout tent for several artists to exhibit in

  • Purchase disposable cups and plates for service in our cafe

  • Purchase sanitiser and items to maintain toilet and kitchen hygiene including first aid equipment
